Legendäre Rock-Coverband HISTORY X feiert Part I ihres 20-jährigen Band-Jubiläum

Ausnahmeband gastiert am 7. Juni beim TRAVELLERS MC `76 in Alsdorf – MC & Band veranstalten Benefizveranstaltung für gebeutelten Tierpark – Am 21. September folgt Part II im LAGO BEACH in Zülpich

Die legendäre Classic Rock & Rockblues Band HISTORY X feiert am Freitag, den 7. Juni 2024 beim Motorradclub TRAVELLERS MC ´76 den ersten Teil (Part I) ihres 20-jährigen Bandjubiläum. Den zweiten Teil ihrer großen Jubiläumsreise feiern die sympathischen Belgier dann am 21. September 2024 im LAGO BEACH in Zülpich, „in ihrem Wohnzimmer…“, wie Ausnahmegitarrist JP Kok immer zu sagen pflegt.

Doch zuerst sind sie in knapp zwei Wochen bei den TRAVELLERS zu Gast. Der TRAVELLERS MC ´76 ist ein renommierter Motorradclub, der im Jahr 1976 gegründet wurde und seitdem eine starke Präsenz in der Motorrad-Community hat. Der Club besteht aus einer Vielzahl von Mitgliedern, die alle eine Leidenschaft für Motorräder teilen und regelmäßig gemeinsame Ausfahrten und Treffen organisieren. Der Motorradclub hat seinen Sitz in einem großen Clubhaus in 52477 Alsdorf an der Ottenfelder Allee im Stadtteil Duffesheide.

Dort sind sie mit einem Clubraum, einer Bar und weiteren Räumlichkeiten perfekt ausgestattet ist. Hier treffen sich die Mitglieder regelmäßig, um über ihre neuesten Bikes zu sprechen, Erfahrungen auszutauschen und Pläne für zukünftige Feierlichkeiten und Ausfahrten zu schmieden. Der Club legt großen Wert auf Kameradschaft und Gemeinschaftssinn. Die Mitglieder unterstützen sich gegenseitig und stehen füreinander ein, sowohl auf der Straße als auch im Alltag.

Der TRAVELLERS MC ´76 engagiert sich auch aktiv in der Motorrad-Community und organisiert regelmäßig Wohltätigkeitsveranstaltungen und Spendenaktionen. Mitglied im TRAVELLERS MC ´76 zu sein, bedeutet mehr als nur Teil eines Motorradclubs zu sein. Es bedeutet Teil einer eng verbundenen Familie zu sein, die die Liebe zu Motorrädern und das Gefühl der Freiheit auf der Straße teilt. Der Club hat im Laufe der Jahre eine starke Bindung aufgebaut und zeigt, dass die Leidenschaft für Motorräder Menschen zusammenbringen kann.

Kein Wunder also das sich die starke Motorrad-Fraktion gerade in diesem Jahr die Rock-Coverband HISTORY X ins Haus geholt hat. Mit JP Kok an der Gitarre, Eric Schepers am Bass und Rudi Simons an den Drums stehen professionelle Musiker auf den Bühnenbrettern, die den Besuchern alle großen Meilensteine aus den 60ern bis in die Neuzeit präsentieren wird. Mit einer schier endlosen Playlist werden sie jeden in eine Zeit katapultieren, wo die Musik noch mit der Hand gemacht wurde.

Wer sie einmal gesehen hat, wird regelrecht aus den Socken gehauen. Und so schätzt sich JP und seine Crew recht glücklich, dass sie gerade hier bei den TRAVELLERS ihren ersten Teil des 20-jährigen Bandjubiläum feiern können. Frontmann JP Kok hat die TRAVELLERS sehr ins Herz geschlossen und ist immer wieder von der außergewöhnlichen Freundlichkeit des Clubs angetan. Besonders stolz ist die Band, dass die Feierlichkeiten gleich mit einer großen Benefizveranstaltung verbunden werden.

Mitte Mai brannte im Alsdorfer Tierpark ein großes Lagerhaus nieder, was dadurch völlig zerstört wurde. Die Benefizveranstaltung wird dem Tierpark helfen wieder ein Stück zur Normalität zurückzukehren. Genug der Worte. Schaut einfach vorbei, wenn ihr an dem Freitagabend nichts vorhabt. Gutes Essen, Trinken, Rockmusik, tolle Menschen, alles vorhanden und mit einer kleinen Spende vollbringt ihr auch noch eine gute Tat. Auf geht’s!

The legendary classic rock & rock blues band HISTORY X will celebrate the first part (Part I) of their 20th band anniversary on Friday, June 7th, 2024 at the TRAVELERS MC ’76 motorcycle club. The likeable Belgians will celebrate the second part of their big anniversary trip on September 21, 2024 at LAGO BEACH in Zülpich, “in their living room…” as exceptional guitarist JP Kok always says.

But first they will be guests at the TRAVELLERS in just under two weeks. The TRAVELLERS MC ’76 is a renowned motorcycle club that was founded in 1976 and has had a strong presence in the motorcycle community ever since. The club consists of a large number of members who all share a passion for motorcycles and regularly organize joint rides and meetings. The motorcycle club is based in a large clubhouse in 52477 Alsdorf on Ottenfelder Allee in the Duffesheide district.

There they are perfectly equipped with a club room, a bar and other rooms. Members meet here regularly to talk about their latest bikes, exchange experiences and make plans for future celebrations and rides. The club places great value on camaraderie and a sense of community. The members support each other and stand up for each other, both on the street and in everyday life.

The TRAVELLERS MC ’76 is also actively involved in the motorcycle community and regularly organizes charity events and fundraisers. Being a member of the TRAVELLERS MC ’76 means more than just being part of a motorcycle club. It means being part of a close-knit family that shares a love of motorcycles and the feeling of freedom on the road. The club has built a strong bond over the years, showing that a passion for motorcycles can bring people together.

So it’s no wonder that the strong motorcycle group brought the rock cover band HISTORY X into their house this year. With JP Kok on guitar, Eric Schepers on bass and Rudi Simons on drums, professional musicians will be on stage who will present visitors with all the big milestones from the 60s to modern times. With a seemingly endless playlist, they will catapult everyone into a time when music was still made by hand.

Once you’ve seen it, you’ll be blown away. And so JP and his crew consider themselves very lucky that they can celebrate the first part of the band’s 20th anniversary here at the TRAVELLERS. Frontman JP Kok has taken the TRAVELLERS very close to his heart and is always impressed by the club’s exceptional friendliness. The band is particularly proud that the celebrations are combined with a large charity event.

In mid-May, a large warehouse in the Alsdorf Zoo burned down, completely destroying it. The charity event will help the zoo return to normality. Enough of the words. Just stop by if you don’t have anything planned on Friday evening. Good food, drink, rock music, great people, everything is there and with a small donation you can also do a good deed. Here we go!
